Tasting Notes:
Hints of ancient gold. On the nose it releases elegant hints of Mediterranean scrub that range between notes of yellow flowers, broom above all, ripe fruit and mineral notes to close. In the mouth it shows off a balanced structure, decidedly saline and fresh, which floods us with a pleasant persistence.
It is a white that goes well with first courses and risottos and fish main courses. Excellent aperitif to accompany salads, meats and semi-mature cheeses.
