Tasting Notes
Salmon-pink colored wine, typical expression of the grape. The olfactory profile is characterized by simple and fragrant aromas of raspberry and cherry, which to the taste respond to a perfect fresh / savory balance and a pleasant fruity finish with sarde a beccafico.
Calastrazza is a wine that goes well with first courses and risottos, white meats or fish. An excellent aperitif to accompany cold cuts and fresh cheeses. The 2010 vintage won the Wine Oscar.
